Little Black dress

Hey guys, last night me and my best friend decided to go out, its been a while for me (it was well needed)
A girl we both knew was holding a fun-raiser for Women's Aid and Children's Heartbeat in our local pub, even though early that day we had bad snow and were snowed in (it was cancelled) then on again, then people starting pulling out it ended up just being me and my best friend. It was a brilliant night with great music and everyone having a good time.

I decided to keep my outfit extremely simple with this beautiful black dress from New Look sale for only £5 around 2 years ago, it is my serious go to dress. Now that I study Fashion and can take in and up garments i decided to take this dress in as it was to big around the bum and thighs now it is perfect.
I kept it simple by pairing these gorgeous nude heels with Primark for £1 last year (the most comfortable shoes in the world) and kept jewelry simple with a gold watch.

I done my hair in rollers to create this glamours vintage hair, i used 8 Large Primark Velcro rollers on the top and sides of my head for more volume and used around 10 medium & small Velcro rollers mixed getting any left hair. I had them in from 1pm to 8pm and it held all night with the help of hairspray.

For my makeup i decided to do a purple and pink smokey eye with dramatic winged eyeliner, bringing the eyes together with the Red Cherry Lashes in Wispy. I kept everything else simple with nude lips, skin coloured blush with a hint of dark peach.

  

Something Different

Hey guys, although I didn't do much yesterday other than go into town with my girls, I was in the mood to do something different with my makeup, I have never tired winged eyeliner or coloured eyeshadow other than naturals but yeatursday I felt so in the mood to change I decided to do this beautifu natural purple smokey eye using my large eyeshadow palette from eBay, I just kept working and building up my eyeshadow  until it was how I liked. 

For the first time ever appling eyeliner I used a pencil on the area I wanted it then went over it with Benefits They're Real push up liner and to be honest it worked for me.

I like to keep my lips simple so I applied my everyday nude lips and kept my face natural with little blush and contour.

When it comes to my hair (the disaster) I decided on Friday night it would be a good idea to cut my own hair (this is how it turned out)

Even though it doesn't look that bad curled when it's straight it's all different lengths and it looks terrible.

I finally decided to get my hair cut by a professional and although they thinned it so much I love it, I finally feel confident with it now.

Cape Of Dreams

Hey guys, Yesterday I had to go to a town near me to get some velvet + lace for my fashion class.

While me and my mum was waiting for the fabric shop to open I seen a charity shop and decided to go and pass the 10mins I had to wait, when I walked in the door I seen this beautiful Cape hinging up right in front of me! 

I didn't even want to go and look at it because being plus - sized I automatically thought it wouldn't fit me but my mum made me (thank you) and it did I almost died, it was love at first sight!

For £20 I couldn't leave it...

Never ever think you won't fit into something without trying I do it a lot I don't mean to but it's a habit, I'm so glad I have amazing friends and family that forces me to try stuff on❤️❤️

Day off College

Hey guys, it's been snowing here in Northen Ireland and my mum decided to let me have the day of college as I travel 2 hours there and 2 hours back everyday, I think she felt bad for me (yay). 

I live in the mountain so I was un able to go home the night before and ended up staying in the pub my mum owns (where I grew up) which I don't mind because it's home to me. 

Anyways we decided to go up the street to a cafe for a Ulster fry but it was closed so we headed to Carnlough (3 miles away) and although I never found Carnlough pretty before I did today! I looked beautiful in the snow! We went to a little cafe called the Harbour Lights, I honestly forgot how cute it was.

I also forgot to get pictures of inside the cafe (sorry) but these two I took of outside and inside

I GOT MY HAIR CUT SHORT!!

Hey guys.

After 5 years of growing out my last Bob I thought it was time to finally cut it short again💇. I've been playing with the idea for months now but I never wanted to book an appointment incase that put me of doing it. But today my hairdresser rang me and told me she had a slot free. 

I have never dyed my hair so it is in pretty good condition, I have extremely thick hair. 

Some hair history

I regret ever cutting my hair everytime I look at this picture, this was my hair before it was ever cut short. 

I don't know how old I was here but I guess 4/5?? 

After cutting it, this is how it looked

I couldn't find any pictures but I just went through it again I can't remember between these years but I know that I grew my hair long again then cut it again shown in the picture below.

I had my hair short like the picture above for a long long time, it took me 5 years to grow my hair to the length it was yesterday, which is the last picture of the several below, I hated my hair short after a while and tried everything to grow it, I promised myself I would NEVER cut it short again but long hair is so much effort sometimes. I adored my long hair and to be honest I always will.

I originally fell in love with Nicole Guerriero's hair when she first got a Bob, but I was to scared to do the same.

I loved Tarmarz hair who is also the reason I cut mine, but Zoella was the reason I finally done it with her beautiful picture of her new hair.

As every weekend I spent it at my boyfriends house but this time I decided to dress up and not going in my usual leggings and a hoodie. Even though we weren't doing anything other than staying in I wanted to look good. It was one of them days. All black is one of my favourite styles it is so easy and it looks so amazingly put together. All black is something anyone can pull off, I feel invincible in it, it makes me feel so fierce and like Beyoncé's Run the World video. 

I kept makeup simple by wearing my every day makeup but decided to go for a pinker lip other than always nude. 

I kept accessories really simple with my Aunt Tessie necklace, Sekonda Gold watch (not visible) and my promise ring from my boyfriend.
